Basic Flax Crackers recipe to satisfy that desire for a tasty crunch....
Soak 250g of organic flax seeds overnight in 1 litre of spring water, add dried herbs and spices, finely diced sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and onion, sea salt to taste. Add ground seeds if needed to make a thick paste.
Alternative recipes could include superfoods, seaweed, seeds and even sweet ingredients....
Spread thinly on dehydrator trays and score into cracker sizes. Dehydrate for 12hrs, turn and continue for 6hrs. Store in airtight container. An oven on lowest heat can be used as alternative.
Enjoy flax crackers with homemade superfood packed dips and sauces, houmous, avocado, unpasteurised cheese.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil...
