Making Raw Chocolates for Easter. Why not indulge yourselves at Easter and make your very own Raw Chocolates ...

It's so easy and so much fun making your very own raw chocolates. Here's a simple recipe for you to follow and once perfected, be creative and enjoy experimenting with new textures and flavours ...

100g of raw & organic cacao butter, 50g of raw & organic cacao powder and to sweeten, start off with 40g of Peruvian algarroba powder. Add or reduce the cacao powder and algarroba powder to your own preference for a dark/sweet tasting chocolate.

Melt the cacao butter by placing it in a bowl which is then placed in a bowl of hot water. This method will prevent excessive heat destroying the nutrients. Once melted, add the algarroba and cacao powders and stir together until you get a rich, brown chocolate mixture. The simply pour into a chocolate mould and leave to set in the fridge for around 2 hours ... don't forget to lick the bowl afterwards ... then enjoy your very own home made raw choccies .... mmmm!

There is so much more you can do to make your raw chocolates ever tastier ... try using powders of carob and/or maca and sweeten with lucuma instead .. experiment with flavours using cinnamon powder or peppermint essential oil ... for more information, click here.

Springtime Sprouting and Wild Foods ...

Sprouting seeds and beans are the most nutritious vegetables in the world, easy to digest, rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and easy to grow all year round. Choose from red clover, alfalfa, broccoli, super salad or 3-day sunny sprouting mix. Simply use a pint glass to soak your seeds for around 12hrs, then drain and leave to sprout in the warm sunshine by your window. Rinse every 12hrs until 3-4 days old. A delicious addition to salads or steamed vegetables. Be adventurous and creative by adding wild foods such as young dandelion leaves, ramsons and fresh, new hawthorn leaves to your meals. SOSATEC Balancers

We have been searching for an EMF protection device that we felt a difference from, now we've found one for you....

SOSATEC Balancers are made of high grade electronic silica, programmed with natural botanical, mineral and harmonic frequencies at a quantum level, embedded in a quality acrylic resin. These natural quantum frequencies become in tune with the body’s biofeld, easing the irritation on the subconscious caused by chaotic disorganized energy. Wearing a Sosatec Balancer may have the potential to reduce stress, improve mental agility, performance and balance, and increase an overall sense of well-being.

In the last 20-30 years our environment has been invaded with increased levels of radiation, electricity and toxic chemicals. Our air is filled with electromagnetic radiation from radio stations, TV transmissions, microwaves from mobile phone masts. In the home and at work, we are surrounded by artificial electric and magnetic fields from all our electrical appliances. The cumulative effect is that our systems and natural defences are overloaded, putting our immune system under increased strain and raising our stress levels and reducing our overall feeling of health and wellbeing.

We are now surrounded by electric and electromagnetic fields that are far in excess of what we have evolved to deal with, hundreds and millions of times above natural background levels, which leads to surges of energy, creating a quantum amount of chaotic disorganized energy.

People who wear SOSATEC Balancers report having clearer thinking, increased awareness, better sleep, calmness, enhanced mental focus, endurance, stamina, vitality, improved balance, performance and more ... for more information, click here.
